Fielding’s Rooster, the third Woodlands-area restaurant from the Fielding’s Culinary Group, has announced that it will begin lunch service eon August 28. Rooster currently serves dinner after 5pm. Weekend brunch is scheduled to follow, starting September 3.
Fielding’s Rooster is an upscale casual American restaurant focused on comfort food. Its rotisserie and fried chicken have been drawing rave reviews from Woodlands locals.
