Fielding’s Local and Fielding’s Wood Grill have upped their coffee game. They’ve introduced their own line of coffees, available as beverages at both locations, and as beans that can be enjoyed at home.
Fielding’s Private Roast Coffee is their own private label coffee, made from organic beans that are grown on a collection of farms surrounded by jungle canopy in the Java region of Indonesia. These beans are known for their medium body, floral aroma, and earthy, woody flavor, with notes of tobacco, chocolate and caramel. A small amount of organic Honduran has been added to produce just the right acidity, along with hints of blueberry and coca.
Then the beans are small batch roasted to Fielding’s exact specification by a local roaster. The result is a blend that produces the perfect sweet and balanced cup.
