The law firm of Barrett Johnston Martin & Garrison, LLC has filed a collective action lawsuit on behalf of tipped employees against Kirby’s Steakhouse and Mickey Mantle’s Steakhouse under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This lawsuit alleges that Kirby’s and Mickey Mantle’s required them to share their tips with sommeliers who were members of management.
This lawsuit seeks to recover wages and tips owed to those employees as a result of this practice.
Those who worked for Kirby’s or Mickey Mantle’s as a bartender, server, or other tipped employee and were required to share tips with management, may be owed wages and tips, and are encouraged to contact the firm.
