Fall has finally (kind of) arrived in Texas, and the ladies at Noe’s Cafe have been in the lab and heating up the cauldrons to bring us some seriously spooky and cozy drinks to celebrate the season.
The Frankenstein Frappe is is a successfully chill lab experiment that consists of vanilla based frappe, spooky blueberry veining, a shot of raspberry, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with matcha.
For those chilly days, warm up with the cuddly Sweater Weather. Chai and pumpkin pie syrups in steamed milk, topped with a beautiful woven pattern of caramel drizzle and cinnamon.
Some nights are perfect weather for sitting around telling ghost stories, and Campfire will keep you going all night long or perk you up after a late night of ghosts and goblins.
Two shots of espresso with mocha and caramel syrup, steamed milk of your choice, topped with toasted marshmallows, chocolate drizzle, and served in a honey and graham cracker rimmed cup.
Rumor has it that even more fall favorites will soon be released like the much anticipated Pumpkin Pie, and the classic Sugar Cookie. The three drinks we tried today were perfect to get one into the Fall feeling so we can’t wait to see what they have in store!
