Cafe Express, the fast casual concept that was previously on Market Street, will be opening its doors to guests on Monday, January 30th. The restaurant is located at 3091 College Park Drive, Suite 290.
Cafe Express is a chef-driven approach to fast casual. In their words:
What makes us different is that our kitchens are set up and our recipes are built on the principles of a fine-dining kitchen. That means we hand-make all of our dressings from scratch, we create your orders specifically for you so we can customize exactly to your tastes and we import 15 items for our condiments bar from Europe. We are maniacal about producing beautiful, creative and delicious food from our fine-dining kitchen, at neighborhood prices.
