Portillo’s Coming to Houston Area
Portillo’s, the beloved purveyor of Chicago-style hot dogs and Italian Beef sandwiches, is also on the site plan for the new development. This will be the first Portillo’s location in the Houston area.
Grand Parkway Town Center is a 65-acre mixed use project at the intersection of the Grand Parkway and Hwy 249. According to the leasing map, Portillos has claimed a 7,800 foot freestanding location facing Hwy 249.
