Phat Eatery, the award-winning Katy-based Malaysian restaurant, is coming to the Woodlands this fall. James Beard nominated Chef Alex Au-Yeung is bringing his exciting concept to the Grogan’s Mill Village Center.
We saw a cryptic post on the social media of Kevin Lee, one of Phat Eatery’s key team members.
In the photo, we see Chef Alex and his team poring over what appears to be a site plan for the upcoming Grogan’s Mill location.
Zooming in, details are blurry, but we can draw some tentative conclusions.
It appears that something is being added to the front of the restaurant, overlooking the existing parking area. Perhaps an outdoor patio area? We’re excited to see the first signs of improvement on the former Fuddrucker’s location.
Once construction begins, we’ll post construction photos of this hotly anticipated new restaurant.
