Chef Jassi Bindra and Amrina have announced what could very well be there greatest assembly of culinary talent ever to cook together in the Woodlands. We’ve experienced impressive collaborative dinners by two top chefs, but we’ve never seen six top toques working together like this to create a single meal for Woodlands area foodies.
The all-star lineup is impressive:
Chef Jassi Bindra – Amrina – (Michelin recognized, Chopped Champion)
Chef Thomas Bille – Belly of the Beast – (Michelin recognized, James Beard nominated)
Pitmaster Will Buckman (Michelin Star)
Chef Marvin He – Phat Eatery – (James Beard nominated)
Chef Beatriz Martines – Xalisko – (James Beard nominated)
Chef Austin Simmons – Chef & Rancher – (Chef of the Year, Eater Houston)
The list is a veritable who’s who of notable chefs in the Woodlands area, and each chef has served us remarkable meals over the years. We can only imagine the heights to which they’ll push each other’s creativity; chefs tend to be a bit competitive. If you can attend this event, you shouldn’t miss it.
Wine parings for each course will be provided by Hundred Acre Wines.
The event will be held at Amrina (3 Waterway Square Pl, #100, The Woodlands, 77380) on June 24, 2025, at 5:30pm. Cost is $500 per person, tax and gratuity included.
