The Woodland’s most recognized chef is back with his own restaurant dedicated to the celebration of beef in all its forms. Chef Austin Simmons presents a menu that ranges from superb casual happy hour offerings to indulgent steaks cooked via a variety of techiques. The chef’s obsession with beef runs deep: He also operates the ranch that these steaks grew up on, and perfected his own hybrid cattle breed (a cross of French charolais and Japanese wagyu) that meet his standards. When a chef creates his own cattle breed to satisfy his vision, you know he’s not playing around.

No less than three totally different burgers are presented, ranging from Chef Austin’s classic The Smash to his thick First Responder to his decadent The Brisket. You want them all.
