The Pappas family has become legendary in the Houston restaurant community for their wide variety of different concepts and numerous locations. Pappas Bar-B-Q is their traditional barbecue joint. While we find the barbecue to be unexceptional in this day of craft barbecue, their burgers are a better choice.
