Phat Eatery brings their James Beard nominated cuisine to the Woodlands, and we’re lucky they made the trip. The brainchild of the brilliant Alex Au Yeung, who sadly passed during the restaurant’s construction, Phat Eatery’s Woodlands location opened under the careful guidance of chef Marvin He, and the result is remarkable. From signature dishes like their Beef Rendang (tender sliced beef in a richly flavorful brown sauce) to their bright, tangy Kerabu Prawns to the best calimari we’ve ever tasted, the Phat menu has something for everyone.
