Burger lovers should head directly to happy hour and devour the Butter Burger. It’s two substantial smashed patties, cheddar, and caramelized onions nestled in a quality bun. The beef’s the star here, and it’s seriously rich and savory. $6 at happy hour; a steal.
About Brunch
Bosscat’s brunch is not to be missed. Unique dishes like their Apple Cheesecake Waffle and the Short Rib Chilaquiles make this brunch stand out from the pack. For the less adventurous, pancakes and eggs are available, but your inner child will be drawn to the Fruity Pebbles French Toast. Full bar, including the clever Breakfast in Bed Shot (Maple bourbon, OJ, bacon). Reservations highly recommended.
