The people behind the north side’s best noodles and dumplings have opened a second location in the Woodlands on College Park. Hungry patrons flock for such authentic dishes as bao, xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and hand-pulled noodles. Casual setting, friendly service, but don’t expect things too fast; making from scratch takes time.
