Amish chicken is in the spotlight at Fielding’s Rooster, the third concept from the wildly successful Fielding’s Culinary Group. Whether it’s fried (traditional southern style or fiery Tennessee Red) or roasted over the wood-burning rotisserie, the result is moist and flavorful. Well executed sharable sides and an impressive bar program complete the Fielding’s game plan, and our early peek had us predicting another winner for Cary Attar and his team.
