Original ChopShop, a fast casual chain focusing on protein bowls, sandwiches, and chops (aka salads) will be taking up part of the former Ace Hardware space in Indian Springs.
The organization focuses on healthy options, and has offerings for different dietary restrictions, such as gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, soy free, vegetarian, and vegan.
The original location opened in 2013. The Woodlands location is expected to open in November 2024.
