Big news today out of Fu Manchung, the popular Vietnamese fusion restaurant on FM 2920.
For the past six years, Fu Manchung has been delighting patrons with some of the best Vietnamese food to be found in the Houston Area. Chef Taylor Chung’s approach to cuisine is both unique and delicious, and he developed a huge local following.
Paul Huynh, the owner and general manager, announced that at the end of August, the keys to Fu are going to be handed over to new owners.
“The good news too is all of the current \kitchen team and most of the front team members will be staying on board with the new owners.” says Huynh. “They are the foundation that keeps FU operating daily & Chef Taylor & I appreciate them so much for their loyalty & dedication to our FUManchungers.”
We have enjoyed countless great meals at Fu Manchung, and are sad to see Paul, Chef Taylor, and the rest of the management team leaving. We wish them nothing but happiness and success in their future endeavors.
