A meal at McDonald’s is a right of passage for many kids, and McDonald’s has known this for decades. Ever since summer of 1979 McDonald’s has offered a Happy Meal for hungry kids, containing an entree, fries, a drink, and the all-important toy.
Now it’s 2022, and McDonald’s has taken their next step toward world domination:

Of course, McDonald’s marketing is too on trend to call it by the obvious name, so they partnered with streetwear brand Cactus Plant Flea Market to create the Cactus Plant Flea Market Box.
What’s inside? An entree (Big Mac or 10-piece nuggets.) Fries. Drink. And a toy. Keeping with the hipster vibe, the toy is a “collectable” character, either Grimace, Hamburglar, Birdie, or Cactus Buddy. And of course the face has been distorted, well, because that’s different.
Go ahead. Go get one. Relive your childhood. We won’t take away your foodie card.
Keeping with the times, there’s also merch, like hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts for sale. If you order one of the boxes through the app, you’ll be automatically entered in a merch giveaway.
