Update: Chef Jassi has won!
Chef Jassi Bindra, the executive chef of Amrina in the Woodlands, will be appearing on Chopped this month.
Chef Jassi is known for his innovative cuisine which draws on both the flavors and traditions of India as well has his knowledge of classic French technique. Before moving to Texas and creating Amrina, Chef Jassi was the Executive Chef at Punjab Grill, and his menu and creative execution earned the restaurant a Michelin plate and mention in the Michelin Guide in 2019.
Chef Jassi’s episode will air on August 15 at 8pm on the Food Network.
