Olio e Farina is a new pizza tasting concept from the team behind Russo’s New York Pizza. They’re planning their first location on Kuykendahl Road.
The concept is a unique one. Guests pay a fixed price ($24.95 per person for adults, $14.95 for kids 3-12, under 3 free). Guests are presented with a selection of Italian appetizers, and can chose from slices from over a dozen handcrafted pizzas and three dessert pizzas.
This isn’t CiCi’s pizza buffet. Pizzas range from the traditional Margherita (Traditional margherita sauce, Fiore di latte mozzarella, fresh basil) to the creative, like the Bistecca (Beef carpaccio, olive oil garlic sauce, mozzarella cheese, arugula, topped with chimichurri sauce). All are handcrafted and served family style.
Additionally, guests can add pasta platters (a selection of three for $10/person) and their choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Grand opening to benefit Montgomery County Food Bank
The grand opening is scheduled for Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 4pm. The owner, Guillermo Medellin, will donate 100% of the day’s sales to the Montgomery County Food Bank. It’s a great opportunity to try a new restaurant, sample some pizza, and give back to the community.
