Update: We’ve got details. We met the chef and sampled the cuisine. We were impressed.
A brand new Mexican food concept is under construction near the Woodlands Mall. Xalisko Cocina Mexicana is a mysterious new restaurant with no apparent ties to other Mexican food establishments. It appears to be a new family-owned establishment that isn’t part of an existing restaurant group.
The interior of the restaurant is under construction; it appears to be a roomy sit-down concept. We’ll be posting updates about this mysterious newcomer as information becomes available.
